I made this card for a Wedding Card Challenge. I started with the designer paper and found some taupe card stock to coordinate. I cut the hearts with the Sizzix Tipsy Heart die in pearl white and taupe. I glued a piece of DP to the top of the card then cut a scallop border a Die-namics Die. I added a length of white satin ribbon across the join between the two. I placed bling on each scallop and one on the heart.
