My first attempt for a letterpress coaster calendar. I used TH Tattered Rose Distress Stain on the calendar first. I ended up with applying some navy ink because I had a bit of an accident with the pad so I added more to work the color into the calendar. I needed a craft-pigment ink for the letterpress so I selected Not Quite Navy. I used it for the letterpress and stamped word. I tied the calendar together with coordinating satin ribbon. Letterpress is very cool! I created the calendar and stapled it to a piece of cardstock then glued the cardstock to the coaster!
