I used 12x12 double sided card stock. Scored at 4.25" then just under 3.5" from the other end to ensure the the back was just a smidge smaller than the front so it can not be seen from the front. I tied on this wonderful felt gift to the card front with coordinating ribbon. I added a quarter sheet insert and an envelope to hold the gift card, coupons or cash. A clip keeps the card close but allows quick access.
